I was given a second as a promissory note that I recorded on my house sale. When I google-earthed it, the house looked empty but could not see a for sale sign. Getting worried.

They should have to file a foreclosure with the county. I hope you recorded your lien. If they are paying you they are probably paying the first mortgage.

contact a realtor in the area and give him the address and he can check and see if it is for sale and what kind of sale it is,if it is in foreclosure or notgood luck
